When you are ready to refer a job applicant or employee for services, please call 651-213-8020 in advance to schedule an appointment. Many work injuries may arrive directly to the Fairview Chisago Health Care or Rush City JobCare clinics. Your employee will be seen by a physician, and post accident/injury care will be provided with emphasis on treatment and follow up considerations.
