Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase II

For individuals with recent heart-related diagnoses. Continuous ECG, heart rate and blood pressure monitoring during exercise sessions while supervised by an exercise physiologist or registered nurse. Lifestyle modification education for coronary artery disease risk reduction is also provided. Physician referral/insurance provider approval required. Fairview Rush City Clinic. Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase III

For people with stable coronary artery disease, or those at risk for developing it, who require or desire a supervised exercise program. Exercise sessions offer aerobic activity, stretching, strengthening, relaxation and education in a group setting. Exercise physiologists and registered nurses work with clients to provide intermittent ECG and blood presure monitoring, reinforce healthy habits, and resources and support for ongiong recovery.
