Fairview Lakes Community Health Outreach provides education and support for schools and other community programs within Chisago County, southern Pine County, northern Washington County and northeastern Anoka County. Some of the communities impacted by our community health outreach programs are:  Lino Lakes, Lindstrom, Forest Lake, Hugo, Chisago City, Center City, Rush City, Pine City, Wyoming, North Branch, Taylors Falls.

Some examples of what we do in the community:
• Mentorship programs in a dozen area schools
• Award-winning “Introduction to Health Care” high school curriculum in three high schools
• Partnerships in suicide prevention, tobacco cessation
• Scholarship programs for local students pursuing health care careers
• Bike safety and low-cost bike helmet distribution
• Today's Health Topics forums
• Seniors programs
•  Foot care clinics in three senior centers
• Depression screenings in area high schools
