Registration is now open for the 21st annual Karl Oskar Days Lindstrom Loppet 5K Walk/Run set for 8 a.m. Saturday, July 11, at Lakes Free Church, Lindstrom.

Dr. L. Lisa Ge, medical oncologist, has joined the Fairview Lakes Oncology and Infusion Therapy Clinic at Fairview Lakes Medical Center, Wyoming, MN.

Urgent care is open noon to 4 p.m. on Christmas
For the convenience of patients with minor illnesses or injuries, urgent care at Fairview Lakes Medical Center, Wyoming, will remain open from noon to 4 p.m. on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. On Dec. 26, urgent care will return to its normally scheduled hours of noon to 8 p.m. seven days a week, including New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31) and New Year’s Day ( Jan. 1). Emergency services at the medical center are available 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Dr. Kevin Chatwin to speak on medical acupuncture Nov. 5
At 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, Kevin Chatwin, M.D., will present information about how traditional medical practice and acupuncture can work in a complementary fashion in treatment of pain. The free “Today’s Health Topics” program will be held in Conference Room B at Fairview Lakes Medical Center in Wyoming. Preregistration is not required.
